Delivery Timeframes
- Inside Dhaka: 1–5 business days from order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
Standard charges are displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking & Inspection
Once dispatched, a tracking number and link will be sent via SMS or email to monitor your package in real-time.
Customers are advised to inspect the package upon arrival in front of the Delivery man & make an unboxing video to send us. Any visible damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description.
Condition
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or swatched cannot be returned unless found defective.
Refund Process
In cases of unforeseen stock unavailability for prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated within 72 hours.
